As well as my role as Progress Coach, I do nail and beauty treatments in my spare time and do small amounts of teaching these skills. To relax I love to read, crochet, and sew.

Did you know...
  • I have a tan coloured lurcher called Skye who I adore and a giant African land snail which is the length of my forearm and shell the size of my hand
  • My cousin Barry is the drummer for Herman’s Hermits
