British Values
UNITED values are also known as British Values and form part of the Craven College Prevent Strategy:
- The Prevent Strategy aims to protect students and build their resilience against all forms of discrimination, hate crime and extremism
- As part of their student journey (induction, curriculum, tutorials, enrichment), students are supported to develop their critical thinking skills
- The College provides a safe space for students to debate topical issues and challenge key extremist narrative
