The 3 Peaks Bistro is operated by students from the catering and hospitality courses. It provides the students with an opportunity to develop their practical skills and gain valuable experience in a busy professional kitchen and restaurant. We will continue to use locally sourced and seasonal ingredients and in doing so offer good quality freshly produced food at very competitive prices.

The best meal we have had at the Three Peaks Bistro. Emily, our waitress, was very attentive. We eat often at the Ivy, and she was as good as the waiters there, who we feel are excellent in a very busy environment.
We had a lovely meal yesterday…..the oxtail soup was truly delicious and my husband really enjoyed his sea bass and his black pudding starter....it was so lovely to see how self assured the two young ladies that served us were and how they had increased in confidence since our previous visit. We will certainly be back.
Fabulous food and service, the ladies did a wonderful job of taking care of us and the food was cooked and presented beautifully, compliments to the students in the kitchen, already told my friends and family to book.
