Sustainability

Our Sustailability Pledge

On 01 May 2019, the United Kingdom became the first country in the world to declare a climate emergency. The UK has set out in law the target of achieving Net Zero by 2050. We pledge to promote both individual effort and collective action focussed on our own sustainability revolution and be Net Zero by 2030.

We are committed to playing our part in making the planet a sustainable environment for all. Sustainability is built into the curriculum, the campuses and the College community. We recognise the impact we have on the local, regional, national and global environment and embed the key themes of recycling, raising student and staff awareness, use of technology, car sharing and energy reduction across all areas of influence.
