Countryside Technician
I work part-time at Craven College as a Countryside Technician. I retrained from a role in road transport by undertaking the Level 3 Land and Wildlife Management course in order to learn new skills and follow a different path. I am now involved with the British Trust of Ornithology as part of their annual Breeding Bird Survey as well as starting bat surveying. I have worked as a dry stone waller among other countryside employments that fit around my role at college.
