Learn to make a stained glass panel for your home using traditional leaded light stained glass techniques.

This stained glass one day course for beginners will introduce you to the traditional lead came method of stained glass making. The workshop will cover glass scoring and cutting, cutting to a pattern, assembly, leading, and soldering. Learn the design principles of working with coloured light. Using an established design template, make your own stained glass panel to take home. This is a fast-paced workshop and requires some standing for long lengths of time.

The workshop includes:

  • Techniques for glass cutting
  • Constructing glass panel using lead came
  • Learning how to solder
