Considering a future working with children? Let this be your first step forward!
This course will provide you with the basic knowledge and understanding of working with children aged 0 – 8 years, in a variety of settings. Plus, you will develop the core skills required to increase your chances of employment.
During this course you will learn about:
- Growth and Development of children
- How to engage with children
- Communication with children
- Health and safety considerations
Commitment to attending each class for the full duration of the course is required. It is expected that students will complete homework outside of the classroom.
