Please note, this event is not a drop-in event, it will start promptly at 5:30pm. There will be a presentation covering Vocational courses for Year 11s and a separate presentation covering Degree programmes. If you are a Year 9 or Year 10 students there will be a a specific Year 9/10 open event taking place later in the year.
Accompanying Guests and Additional Information
Due to building capacity and to ensure security and health & safety regulations are being followed, visitors are only able to bring 1 guest with them to this event and we can only accept 1 vehicle onsite per booking. Please note, that if visitors bring more than 1 guest to the event, extra guests may be asked to wait in their vehicle whilst the event is ongoing.

Can I bring someone with me to the event?
Due to building capacity and to ensure health & safety regulations are being followed, visitors are only able to bring 1 guest with them to this event.
Do I need to arrive by a certain time?
Visitors should arrive promptly at 5:30pm. The event is not a drop-in event, late arrival will result in missing important information about studying at The Aviation Academy.

Is parking available at the event?
Parking will be available at the Aviation Academy campus. As our campus is based in a secure airside location, we will require your car registration details and the full names of those attending event. We will request this via email once you have booked your place. (see also “Do I need to provide any additional information?” FAQ)
Can I make an application at the event?
Yes! There will be an application station available at the event with support on hand to help you make your online application.
