Listening is one of the most important elements of communication. If you want to develop your communication skills so that you can support others, then a Counselling qualification could be the right decision for you.
If you would like to enhance your communication and counselling skills and have been out of education for a while or are less confident with your written and spoken English, then this course could provide the support you are looking for. You will cover personal development, use of counselling skills and some of the underlying theories.
During the course you will gain two qualifications:
- Level 1 Award in Interpersonal Skills
