This course aims to develop your skills and knowledge for a solid foundation in finance administration and core accounting skills.
You will learn about the following topic and will complete computer-based assessments on each of them:
- Introduction to Bookkeeping
- Principles of Bookkeeping Controls
- Principles of Costing
- The Business Environment
You will also work towards the Entry 3 Award Digital Skills whilst on this programme.
It is expected that students will complete homework outside of the classroom.
Entry Requirements
Commitment to the full duration of the course is required. You will have an initial assessment to ensure that you are on the correct course, however it will be beneficial to your achievement if you have a maths and English qualification at level 2 or be planning to achieve these in the near future.
