Take a trip down memory lane with our nostalgic recipes. Join us to revisit old school classics, dinner party greats, crowd-pleasing feasts, and vintage puddings.
You will learn how to cook a range of retro classics in time for a modern revival. Over the course of 4 weeks, you will produce a range of savoury and sweet dishes to take you down memory lane. From savoury classics such as chicken kiev, croquettes and 70’s favourite desserts including brandy snap baskets, prawn cocktail, stroganoff, coq au vin, pavlova and trifle.
So if you are hoping to revive days gone by with a modern twist we are here to help with tips and guidance on how to whip up classic dishes that are sure to impress friends and family.
Entry Requirements
No prior cookery experience is needed to join this class.

- All ingredients will be provided
- Please bring an apron and Tupperware to take your dishes home
