The Craven College School of Dry Stone Walling is designed to preserve and develop traditional skills whilst promoting their contribution to environmental sustainability.
We are committed to supporting the rural economy and work closely with many partners including the Dales Millennium Trust and Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority to provide opportunities for people to learn practical skills which can be used to enhance the landscape and contribute to the economy.
Whether you want to learn these skills for fun, as a volunteer or use this as a starting point to embark upon a recognised qualification, we are able to meet your needs. We can provide courses which relate to the wider context of dry stone walling for those who wish to further their interest in the heritage of the Dales.
