Lecturer in Equine Studies

I was a student at Craven College studying both FE and HE courses, whilst also working at the college as a yard technician. Following this, I moved away to continue my studies and gain my degree. I have since worked as a registered veterinary nurse in a mixed practice (equine and large animal) as the theatre leader for 9 years. I particularly enjoy teaching biology and health-related subjects at FE level.   

My Qualifications...

  • RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse

  • BSc Hons Equine Rehabilitation and Therapy

  • FdSc Equine Science and Husbandry

  • Level 3 Extended Diploma in Horse Management

  • BHS; Stage 1, Stage 2, PTT, Riding and Road Safety
