The role of the community interpreter is becoming increasingly important, particularly in regions with many minority linguistic communities. Achieving this qualification is your opportunity to have the skills to be able to help your community.

During this course you will learn about the following:

  • English Language Awareness
  • Communities and Organisations
  • Role of the Community Interpreter

 

Assessment is ongoing throughout the course. Commitment to the full duration of the course is required. It is expected that you will complete homework outside of the classroom.
