This fun and practical course is designed to help you build confidence in the kitchen in the run up to Christmas. Guided by an experienced chef, you will learn useful tips and techniques to improve your cooking skills while creating festive dishes that are perfect for entertaining.
Across the four weeks, you will explore a variety of seasonal ideas and recipes that are simple to recreate at home. The course focuses on creativity, preparation and presentation, helping you feel more organised and confident when cooking for family and friends during the festive season.

- Hosting with Confidence – Create a range of buffet-style dishes, perfect for gatherings and entertaining.
- Festive Sides – Learn how to prepare and elevate classic Christmas side dishes.
- Roasting Techniques – Develop skills in roasting to complement your festive meals.
- Festive Treats and Desserts – Finish the course by creating sweet treats and desserts for the holiday season.
Entry Requirements
No formal entry requirements are needed. This course is suitable for anyone with an interest in cooking and a desire to create festive dishes in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.
Information
All ingredients and kitchen equipment will be provided. But you may with to bring:
- An apron
- Containers to take food home
- Your own drink and snack if required
- Closed-toe footwear for safety
