Transform metal into a textured landscape inspired by your surroundings in this creative hands-on course.

This practical and creative course introduces you to metalworking through the design and creation of a textured landscape sculpture. Inspired by the local environment, you will develop your own unique design and bring it to life using a range of metalworking techniques.

Suitable for beginners, the course is designed to build your confidence and skills over five weeks in a supportive workshop setting. You will explore how to shape, texture and finish sheet metal, combining creative design with technical processes.

By the end of the course, you will have produced a distinctive sculptural piece and gained a solid foundation in metalwork that you can continue to develop independently.

You will cover:

  • Introduction to workshop tools and safe working practices
