Turn your inbox into a productivity powerhouse
This course will introduce you to Microsoft Outlook as an essential tool for professional communication and time management. You will learn how to manage email effectively, organise your inbox, schedule meetings and use advanced Outlook features like tasks and rules. This course is designed for beginners to intermediate uses and focuses on developing skills to streamline workflow and boose productivity.
By the end of the session, learners will be able to:
- Navigate Outlook confidently
- Compose, format and manage professional emails
- Organise your inbox using folders and categories
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Utilise the advance tools such as tasks and email rules
Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements for this session, however, you will need to have access to Outlook with an email account.
