This work-based qualification is designed to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence required to be an effective team leader or supervisor. Ideal for those already working in a management or supervisory role, the course allows you to build and demonstrate practical management capability within your own workplace.
Throughout the programme, you will develop key leadership and management skills, covering areas such as managing people, communication, decision making and operational planning. Learning is flexible and supported through online delivery, workplace evidence and assessment by a qualified assessor.
By the end of the course, you will have gained a recognised Level 3 qualification and developed the confidence to take on increased responsibility in your role.

This qualification is suitable for those who are currently working as a team leader or supervisor, with responsibility for managing staff, operations or projects.
