This event is designed for Further Education (School Leaver) applicants who have applied to study Horse Management (Equine) for a September 2026 start and their parents/guardians.

EVENT ITINERARY

Arrival between 5:15pm – 5:30pm for a prompt start at 5:30pm

PARENTS’ SESSION5:30pm – 7:00pm

  • Hear from the Head of Department on key information you’ll need to know when your child studies Horse Management at Craven College. Content will cover themes like how college will benefit your son/daughter, preparation for employment/university, work placements/trips/visits, career opportunities in the Equine industry
  • Our Student Services Team will talk you through the many ways College can support your child during their time at College, whether that’s study support, financially or travel support  
  • Your son/daughter will join you for the final section of the event to find out key information you need to know leading up to and on the day of enrolment. This will be your opportunity to ask any questions you may have about studying with us

APPLICANTS’ SESSION5:30pm – 7:00pm

  • With your Equine tutors, you’ll take part in a fun and hands-on Equine activity that’ll give you a taste of what’s to come in September
  • You’ll then join your parents/guardians to find out key information about enrolment and ask any questions you may have

Yes! Please note, you can only book on to this event if you receive a personal invitation. This event is for Horse Management (Equine) applicants and their parents/guardians only.
