Do you want to progress your career and have more responsibility? A management qualification could be just what you need.
This qualification is designed for learners who are working as a team leader/supervisor with operational/project responsibilities or responsibility for managing a team.
Working towards this qualification will enable you to develop your skills and knowledge then demonstrate your competence as a team leader or supervisor within the workplace. You will be required to successfully complete the following units:

- Project management
- Managing finance
- Self-awareness and continuous development
- Decision making
Entry Requirements
- Commitment to the full duration of the course is required.
- Your assessor will support you but it is expected that students will complete homework outside of the workplace.
