Not sure of how to entertain on a budget and still impress your guests? If you are unsure of where to get started to get into cookery or want to gain the confidence to cook for others, then this course is for you.
You will learn how to cook a range of deceptively simple yet dinner party-worthy dishes that will expand your home cookery repertoire, with budget-friendly and incredibly tasty meals that anyone can make.
No prior cookery experience is needed to join this class, so if you are in a mealtime rut or ready to start hosting dinner parties that impress, we are here to help with tips and guidance on how to whip up simple dishes that are sure to impress friends and family and liven up your mealtimes.
You will cook 3 courses each week which could include:
- Confit of duck
- blueberry sauce
- Seasonal vegetables such as asparagus
- salmon en croute
- devilled sauce
- cappuccino mouse
- lemon crème
- tuile biscuits

Ingredients are provided, but please bring an apron and a container to take dishes home.
