Ready to take the next step in your electrical career? Build on your Level 1 skills and develop the knowledge needed to progress in the industry.
This Level 2 Diploma is designed for learners who have completed a Level 1 qualification or who already have some experience in the electrical industry. The course provides a more in depth understanding of electrical installation, combining both practical and theoretical learning.
Delivered in a well equipped workshop and classroom environment, you will develop the skills required to design, install and test electrical systems. Through a combination of practical tasks and theory sessions, you will build confidence and competence in industry standard techniques.
Assessment includes online multiple choice tests and practical assessments, with the final practical assessment taking place over two full days.

- Health and safety in building services engineering
- Principles of electrical science
- Electrical installations technology
- Installation of wiring systems and enclosures
- Understand how to communicate with others within building services engineering
Entry Requirements
- Level 1 qualification in Electrical Installation or relevant industry experience
- Aged 19 or over
- Interview
