Are you wanting to start a rewarding career in care? This could be your starting point.

This course is run over 10 months. This qualification will support you to develop the knowledge and skills required to work in a range of clinical healthcare support settings and in adult care environments. You will receive individual support from your tutor and will evidence your knowledge and competence through on going assessment in the workplace.

You will learn about a wide range of topics including dementia awareness, mental health and well-being, supporting individuals with their physical and emotional care, daily living needs and healthcare procedures.

You must be volunteering, working or on practical placement.
