Do you want to make your bread but don’t have the time, space or equipment? Come and join us to learn how to three types of bread using our industry-standard equipment and ovens.
You will learn how to make bread by hand and use a mixer. You will work with industry standard equipment including provers and professional bread ovens.
You will make the following breads
- Basic white and brown loaves and rolls
- Ciabatta
- Focaccia
Information
You will be required to bring plenty of containers to take your food home in.
