Turn your inbox into a productivity powerhouse and take control of your daily workflow.

In this practical, workshop-based course, you will be introduced to Microsoft Outlook as a key tool for professional communication and time management within Office 365.

You will explore how to manage emails efficiently, organise your inbox, schedule and manage meetings, and use features such as tasks, categories and rules to work more productively. The course focuses on hands-on activities, helping you apply what you learn immediately in real-life and work-based scenarios.

Designed for beginner to intermediate users, this session will help you streamline your daily workflow and build confidence using Outlook effectively.

What you’ll cover:

  • Navigating Microsoft Outlook with confidence
  • Composing, formatting and managing professional emails
  • Organising your inbox using folders, categories and flags
  • Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Using advanced tools such as tasks and email rules to improve productivity

This course is delivered online and includes practical activities to support learning.

You are encouraged to actively participate and practise skills during and after the session to maximise your confidence and productivity.

  • Access to Microsoft Outlook (Office 365)
  • An active email account
