This beginner-friendly course offers an introduction to the craft of silversmithing and jewellery making in a supportive workshop environment.
You will learn how to design and create your own handmade jewellery while developing practical skills and confidence using specialist tools and materials.
Across five hands-on sessions, you will be guided through a range of traditional silversmithing techniques. You will explore how to shape, form and finish metal, gaining an understanding of both creative design and technical processes. By the end of the course, you will have produced your own finished piece of jewellery and developed a solid foundation to continue making independently.
This course is ideal for complete beginners or anyone interested in trying a new creative skill.

- Texturing and decorative finishes

Entry Requirements
No prior experience is necessary – just creativity and the curiosity to learn a new skill!
Information
All materials required are included in the course fee.
You are advised to bring:
- Closed-toe footwear
- Long hair tied back
- No valuable jewellery
- A drink and snack (there will be a short break)
