This introductory course provides an insight into the principles and benefits of reflexology, a complementary therapy that focuses on applying pressure to specific points on the feet.
You will explore how reflex points on the feet correspond to different organs and systems within the body. The course explains how reflexology is believed to support balance and wellbeing by encouraging the body to restore its natural energy flow.
Through guided learning and practical demonstration, you will gain an understanding of how reflexology techniques can be used to promote relaxation and help relieve tension. By the end of the course, you will have developed basic skills that you can practise safely on family and friends.

- Understanding reflex points on the feet

- Basic reflexology massage techniques
