Do you know how much tension you carry in your head and face? Discover techniques to relax, restore and improve wellbeing.

This practical workshop introduces you to the techniques and benefits of Indian head and face massage. Suitable for beginners, the course provides a relaxing and supportive environment to learn how massage can help relieve tension and promote wellbeing.

You will explore how stress can build in the head, face and upper body, and learn techniques designed to reduce discomfort such as headaches, sinus congestion and muscle tightness. The course also highlights how massage can support relaxation and overall wellbeing.

By the end of the session, you will have gained a basic understanding of massage techniques and the confidence to apply them in a safe and appropriate way.

What you’ll cover:

  • Introduction to Indian head and face massage
  • Understanding tension in the head, neck and face
  • Basic massage techniques for relaxation
  • Techniques to help reduce headaches and eye strain
  • Promoting wellbeing through massage
  • Working safely and appropriately with others

This is a practical course where you will work with other learners in the group.

Entry Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements. This course is suitable for beginners and those interested in wellbeing and relaxation techniques.

  • Loose, comfortable clothing
  • Flat footwear
