Digital skills are more important than ever for work and everyday life. Build the confidence to use digital technology safely and effectively.
Understanding and using digital technology is now essential for staying connected at work and with family and friends. On this course, you will develop practical digital skills that support everyday tasks and improve your confidence and independence when using technology.
You will learn how to use common digital tools safely and effectively, helping you to communicate online, access information, and complete everyday digital tasks with confidence. By the end of the course, you will have gained the skills needed to use digital technology in both personal and work-related situations.
On successful completion, you will achieve a certificate for an accredited qualification.

This course requires commitment for the full duration of the programme. You are expected to attend all sessions and complete homework and independent study tasks outside of the classroom to support your learning and progression.
Assessment is ongoing throughout the course and is completed through a portfolio of your work.
Entry Requirements
No previous experience is required.

You may wish to bring:
- A notebook and pen
- There will be breaks during sessions. Please bring your own drink and snack if required.
