This Digital and IT Skills course is designed to help you build confidence and improve your career prospects by developing practical digital skills that are valued by employers.
You will develop and extend your digital knowledge to prepare for employment across a range of industries, including digital and creative sectors such as software and programming, network support and digital design. The course also supports progression into roles where digital skills are essential, including finance, marketing, manufacturing and administration.
The qualification includes a mandatory unit alongside optional units that reflect the skills, knowledge and behaviours employers expect. You will work with a range of digital technologies, systems and software to build practical, transferable skills for work and everyday life.

Entry Requirements
- There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification. However, you should have some basic digital skills or prior experience using computers and technology.
- You will be invited to an informal interview and initial assessment to ensure the course is suitable for you and to identify any support needs
