This one-day workshop provides a practical introduction to aromatherapy and the use of essential oils. Suitable for beginners, it offers a hands-on opportunity to explore how oils can be blended and applied for personal wellbeing.
You will learn how to create your own personalised blends, including massage oils and facial oils, while gaining an understanding of how different essential oils can support relaxation and wellbeing. The course also introduces basic massage techniques that can be used safely at home.
By the end of the workshop, you will have created your own products and developed a foundation of knowledge in aromatherapy practices.
What you’ll cover:
- Introduction to aromatherapy and essential oils
- Understanding the properties and benefits of different oils
- Blending essential oils safely for personal use
- Creating a massage oil blend
- Creating a facial oil blend
- Basic aromatherapy massage techniques for back, neck and shoulders
This is a practical workshop where you will take part in hands-on activities and may work with other learners.
Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements. This course is suitable for beginners and those interested in wellbeing and holistic therapies.
