If you are enrolling on a Higher Education course (Foundation Degree, HNC/Ds, Degrees) you will be able to enrol from 13 August 2026.
New HE Students
New students will be enrolling in person at one of the following dates and locations:
- Thursday 13 August, 10am – 2pm – The Aviation Academy, Hangar 1, Southside Aviation Centre, Leeds, LS19 7UG (by appointment)
- Thursday 27 August, 12noon – 2:30pm – Aireville Campus, Gargrave Road, Skipton, BD23 1US
- Thursday 27 August, 4pm – 7pm – The Aviation Academy, Hangar 1, Southside Aviation Centre, Leeds, LS19 7UG
- Tuesday 08 September, 4pm – 6pm – Aireville Campus, Gargrave Road, Skipton, BD23 1US
If you are an Aviation student and are unable to attend on of the dates above, The Aviation Academy will be running in person enrolments by appointment only during the week of 24 August 2026. Returning HE Students
All returning internal students will be emailed a link to enrol to their student email account before the start of term.
What ALL student need to bring:
When you complete your enrolment, you will need to upload or bring with you:
- Examination results slips/certificates – these must be your original certificates / results slips or an electronic copy, inc. GCSE English & Maths
- A form of ID – Acceptable forms of I.D are: National Insurance Card, Passport, Driving Licence, Bank Card, ID Card or other forms of national identification
- Exam support – If you require any exam support and would have received some at school, please make sure that bring along your evidence of your exam access with you.
- Your University/College Payment Advice from the Student Loans Company (you can download this page from your online account). If you are still waiting for this due to applying through Clearing, please upload that you have applied for student finance showing your name and customer reference number. (If Student Finance are paying your fees but you cannot provide proof, you will not be able to enrol.)
- If you plan to pay your fees yourself a 20% deposit is required, and the remainder may be paid by Direct Debit. Please call the Customer Services Team on 01756 791 411 to make a card payment for your deposit or fees in full. Where fees are to be paid wholly or in part by an employer/sponsor, confirmation in writing must be produced at enrolment
- Right to Study: If you are not a UK citizen, you will need evidence of your immigration status, such as a Biometric Residence Permit or Home Office letter
Please note, that your enrolment will not be processed until you provide evidence of your student loan, or you have contacted the Customer Services Team to arrange payment.
