Take part in practical sessions where you can develop your fitness training with gym-based exercises, making use of the extensive facilities available. Theory sessions will cover areas like anatomy and physiology, looking at sports injuries and risks, sports nutrition, coaching and organising sports events.
You will undertake work experience as part of your study programme and our dedicated work experience team are here to support you in finding the best placement.
