I have been a professional chef for over 20 years, started as an apprentice in a family pub at 16, worked in fine dining restaurants, ‘gastro’ pubs and hotels. At 21 I travelled around Australia working in hotels and restaurants, but also doing some fruit picking. I have been teaching for 7 years.

  • Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training

  • Level 3 Advanced Kitchen and Larder Preparation and Cooking

Did you know...
  • I have an allotment where I ‘try’ to grow my own vegetables.
  • I enjoy playing cricket in the summer months.
