I have been a professional chef for over 20 years, started as an apprentice in a family pub at 16, worked in fine dining restaurants, ‘gastro’ pubs and hotels. At 21 I travelled around Australia working in hotels and restaurants, but also doing some fruit picking. I have been teaching for 7 years.
