Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship

A hospitality team member can work in a range of establishments, for example, bars, restaurants, cafés, conference centres, banqueting venues, hotels or contract caterers.

The role is very varied and although hospitality team members tend to specialise in an area, they have to be adaptable and ready to support team members across the business. Specialist areas in hospitality include food & beverage service, alcoholic beverages, barista, food prep, housekeeping, concierge, reception, reservations and conference & banqueting.

As part of the Apprenticeship, you will have monthly workplace visits from a Learning Development Advisor, with 6 hours per week off the job training which will be tracked. You will build a portfolio showing your work-based evidence.
