ProPortal
At Craven College, we are dedicated to delivering an outstanding learning experience. We believe that keeping parents, carers, and guardians informed and involved in their child/young person’s progress is essential to their success.
As a parent or carer of a student at Craven College, you have access to ProPortal, an interactive online platform where you can monitor your child’s/young person’s academic progress and college experience.
Through ProPortal, you can view:
- Meetings scheduled between your child/young person and college staff
- Your child/young person’s personal contact details, as well as their enrolled course
- Attendance and punctuality records
- Student reports
- Current timetable
Registering for the first time
To access ProPortal, you’ll need to register online. Please have the following information ready:
- Your child/young person’s full name
- Their Student ID number (found on their ID badge)
- Their Date of Birth
- Your relationship to the student
You can also add multiple students to your account if needed.
Once your registration is approved, your account will be created. This process may take up to 10 working days.
Create an Account:
To get started, click the link below:
Select ‘Parents’
Click ‘Submit an account request’
Complete all required fields on the form.
Select ‘Add Student’.
(You’ll need your child/young person’s details for this step. If you have more than one child/young person at the college, you can add additional students to your account as needed.)
Click ‘Submit Request’
After submitting your request, you’ll receive an email from ‘SMTP SERVICE ACCOUNT’ asking you to verify your email address. Please click the link in that email to complete verification.
Your request will then be processed by a member of staff. This may take up to 10 working days. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

How to Login
Once your account registration has been approved, you can log in to ProPortal using the details you provided during registration.
- Username: Your email address
- Password: The password you chose when creating your account
Make sure to enter these exactly as you did during registration.
