17-21 October – This week is Colleges Week 2022 with the national ‘Love Our Colleges’ campaign celebrating Further Education.
There are lots of activities taking place across our campuses and out in our community showcasing how further education is giving our young people and adults the skills for a successful career.
Kickstarting the celebration, our Catering students have been making a delicious Pea and Mint Risotto served with Poached Salmon. As well as selecting equipment, weighing and measuring ingredients and preparing and cooking the recipes, our students have been demonstrating teamwork skills necessary for working in the Catering & Hospitality Industry.
