Due to security reasons, you must have registered for this event to be able to attend.
There will be two presentation time slots to choose from for this event, 5:30pm–7:00pm or 7:30pm – 9:00pm. You will choose your preferred time on the booking form.

Please note, this event is not a drop-in event, it will start promptly at 5:30pm or 7:30pm. There will be a presentation covering Vocational courses and a separate presentation covering Degree programmes.
If you are attending the 5:30pm presentation, please ensure you leave the Aviation Academy campus by 7:00pm so that visitors for the 7:30pm session can arrive and park comfortably.
Accompanying Guests and Additional Information
Due to building capacity and to ensure security and health & safety regulations are being followed, visitors are only able to bring 1 guest with them to this event and we can only accept 1 vehicle onsite per booking. Please note, that if visitors bring more than 1 guest to the event, extra guests may be asked to wait in their vehicle whilst the event is ongoing.
Please note, once you have registered for this event, you will be sent a confirmation email with a link asking you to enter your vehicle registration number and name of your guest attending the event with you. This information is collected for security purposes and will not be shared with external parties.

Can I bring someone with me to the event?

Do I need to arrive by a certain time?
Visitors should arrive promptly at either 5:30pm or 7:30pm, depending on the time slot you have selected. As the event is not a drop-in event, late arrival will result in missing important information about studying at The Aviation Academy.

Is parking available at the event?
Parking will be available at the Aviation Academy campus. As our campus is based in a secure airside location, we will require your car registration details and the full names of those attending event. We will request this via email once you have booked your place. (see also “Do I need to provide any additional information?” FAQ)
Can I make an application at the event?
Yes! There will be an application station available at the event with support on hand to help you make your online application.
