Animal Care & Management T Level
The Animal Care and Management T Level is a two-year technical qualification designed for students who are passionate about animal welfare, behaviour, science, and management. Equivalent to three A Levels, this programme combines classroom learning with substantial industry placement experience, preparing students for employment, apprenticeships, or higher education within the animal care sector.
Throughout the course, you will develop a strong understanding of the animal care and management sector, gaining the technical and professional skills valued by employers. You will explore animal welfare, behaviour and handling, while developing your ability to assess animal needs and support their wellbeing across a range of species. The programme also provides insight into animal training methods, behavioural management and the scientific principles that underpin effective animal care, preparing you for a rewarding career within this diverse and growing industry.
