Stars of the Future at the Devonshire Arms

Budding chefs and future front of house stars from Craven College were given a fabulous opportunity to work alongside The Burlington Restaurant’s Head Chef, Paul Leonard, to produce a stunning meal to be served in the 4 AA Rosette awarded fine dining Burlington at The Devonshire Arms Hotel on Wednesday, 7 November.

The students worked on canapes, chicken consommé (amuse bouche), cured chalk stream trout, loin of venison and baked egg custard tart.
