Tough Few Days for Public Services Students

Public Services Level 3 first years went to Queen Elizabeth’s Barracks, Strensall where they spent 4 days experiencing life as a soldier.

The students enjoyed learning how to live in the field, use camouflage and concealment, cooking from ration packs and living in barracks.

Public Services Tutor, Bridget Slater said: “It was a great experience for the students, they all got stuck in and showed they could all work well together.”
