The Army visited College this week and led a number of physical and mental activities with our Public Services students.
The day began with several fitness drills and a talk from the Army regarding military fitness requirements. The groups then headed back up to Aireville Campus to take part in a selection of command tasks.
Bridget Slater, Public Services tutor, thought the day went incredibly well. She said: "It was a fantastic opportunity for our students to get a real insight into the world of the Army. They were able to test themselves both mentally and physically and have fun whilst doing so. Overall, it was a very successful day."
