Performing Arts Student Achieves Climbing Gold

Pete Roberts, Performing Arts student brought home a gold medal from a climbing competition organised by Climb Scotland. Pete, who has been climbing since he was 12 years old completed six climbs, three on ropes and three free climbing with different gradings. Having scored the highest overall in the autistic category, he won the gold medal.
He says that it felt ‘Absolutely amazing ‘ to win gold and that climbing is definitely his best hobby, with overhangs and top outs being his favourite challenges.
