A Performing Arts student is set to perform as a featured dancer in a Keighley performance.

Ciara Fleming will perform the role in Keighley Musical Theatre Company’s upcoming performance of Aladdin and His Wonderful Lamp.

The Level 3 student has previously performed in shows such as Grease, Dick Whittington, and Hairspray.

Ciara said: “Getting the role of featured dancer will benefit me greatly, setting me up for the future where I plan to study a BA (Hons) in Musical Theatre or Dance.”

Giles Atkinson, Subject Sector Leader for Media, Performance & Theatrical Media Make-up, said: “We’re very proud of Ciara. Getting external experience is great for a student’s future.”
