Morrisons Deliver Outstanding Customer Service

Matt, Customer Coach and Barry, Store Manager for Morrisons came to Craven College to speak to Business students about customer service. The students learned how to make customer service outstanding and the processes involved in helping to deliver it. Customer Coach, Matt, was keen to point out the importance of people and looking after colleagues in the process.

The takeaway message for students was that customer service is not a one size fits all – it depends on the business you are in. It is as much about the colleague and their well-being as it is about the customer. A happy colleague will be able to deliver great customer service which in turn helps the business in the future.
