Computing Level 2 students have been tasked as ‘Junior Web Developers’ by the business owner of Vacays Travel, Rozeena, to build a website for customers to book packaged holidays.

Vaycays Travel is a new and upcoming business that specialises in providing tailored honeymoon packages based on customer requirements. Business owner Rozeena, has asked the Computing students develop a website that enables customers to see what options are available for them and allow customers to request a quote depending on what they would like. The target audience for the website is soon-to-be-married couples or newly married couples who are looking for packaged honeymoon deals.

The students must include the following pages as part of the website:

1. About Us

2. Popular destinations

3. Package options

4. Customer reviews

5. Request a quote and contact details

Business owner, Rozeena said: “I’m really looking forward to seeing the students work and I’m excited to see their growth in skills throughout this project. Working with the students and the next generation of ‘techies’ is fascinating as they have so much potential. Especially with IT being such a fast-paced area, I feel really positive about this opportunity to engage with younger students on her new business venture.”
