The Brasserie Reviews Are In

The Brasserie has welcomed a large number of guests, including the Craven College Senior Management Team, for lunches and dinners over the past three months. Below is a list of quotes from customers who have recently eaten with us:

Richard Newall, Catering and Hospitality tutor, said: “Students are responding fantastically to the challenges of serving a full Brasserie for our Christmas lunches and dinners. Feedback on the quality of the food and the service given has been extremely positive. Brasserie service presents a great opportunity for our students to experience a real-life restaurant situation, and provides an invaluable insight for them.”

Principal Andrew Cropley added: “The Christmas lunch was fabulous. The food was delicious and expertly served by Ellie who helped make us all feel very relaxed and able to unwind at the end of a busy half term. Students can now enjoy a restful Christmas, spending at least some time out of the kitchen!”
