Paul Leonard, Head Chef of ‘The Burlington Restaurant' at The Devonshire Arms, is passionate about supporting talented young Chefs as they develop their culinary training. ‘Stars of the Future' is an evening to support and celebrate this journey, awarding young stars of the hospitality industry at a Charity dining event, being held at The Devonshire Arms Hotel, Wednesday, 15th November, in support of the Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
Paul Leonard is working alongside student Chefs from Craven College and Leeds City College, to enable them to create a winning dish suitable for this celebratory evening. Front of house students from the two Yorkshire colleges will also join their professional counterparts at the event to sample a real-life taste of their chosen career path.
The evening commences with a drinks and canapés reception at 7pm, and will be co-hosted by General Manager, Adam Dyke who will join Paul, in making a presentation to the winning students after the meal.
The three-course dinner menu comprises a starter, courtesy of the winning student at Craven College, with a main course presented by Paul Leonard and his brigade, and dessert by the winning Leeds City College student. Tickets are on sale for £40 per person and a share of the proceeds will support the hotel's nominated charity, The Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
