Craven College catering students produced another successful evening dinner in the Brasserie restaurant in partnership with chef Stuart Hill of The Maypole Inn, Long Preston.

Stuart specially prepared the evening menu and worked with the students to produce the meal, which featured some favourites such as a smoked salmon starter and also some dishes with a twist, such as Pork and Black Pudding Spring Rolls.

Catering tutor Richard Newall said “The evening was a great experience for our students, a valuable opportunity to work with a successful local establishment serving a contemporary menu using locally sourced ingredients.”
