Craven College Catering & Hospitality students are now into their third week of food service at the Brasserie, High Street, Skipton. Their menus have been really well received and most of their clientele are repeat customers

The Brasserie is open to members of the public, with students preparing the food as part of their course taking it in turns as front of house one week and as a chef the next to give them experience in all areas.
